FAQ

How are longer songs billed?

Extra song length is billed in 30-second increments, and extra project stems are billed five at a time.

  • Mix+Master: Base covers up to 10 stems and 4:00. Length beyond 4:00 bills at $10 per 30s per 5 stems (applies to all stems); extra stem groups beyond 10 are $30 per +5.
  • Stem Mastering: Base covers up to 10 stems and 4:00. Length beyond 4:00 bills at $5 per 30s per 5 stems; extra stem groups beyond 10 are $15 per +5.
  • Stereo Mastering: Base covers 4:00. Length beyond 4:00 bills at $5 per 30s; no stem surcharge.
Revision policy?

Revisions are completed in batches. Send an email with details, timestamps, reference tracks, and anything that you feel needs addressed. Stem replacements are not included as part of standard revisions. Those require an order change.

Turnaround times?

First mix/master (v1.1) within 5 business days of project start; revisions within 3 business days.

Refund policy?

Mixing/mastering involves substantial upfront time (session prep, edits, critical listening). To keep scheduling fair and pricing predictable, I don't offer refunds once I begin. I do include revisions to get it right.

What if I'm unhappy with the direction?

Tell me early; I will request reference tracks and specific notes and iterate within your included revisions. If the vision has changed significantly, we can re-scope.
